St. Helena Hospital Foundation p 13 Why wouldnt we go to a world class hospital ve miles from our home Michael says with a smile when asked why he and wife Stephanie delivered each of their four babies at St. Helena Hospital. For the Honigs choosing St. Helena Hospital was an easy decision. Its the small town feel paired with amazing care that makes St. Helena Hospital special says Stephanie. Our nurse practitioner even postponed her vacation to be there for our delivery. The interactions with the medical staff outside hospital walls have also left a lasting impression on Michael These are not only renowned physicians they are members of our community who we see around town. One outstanding medical experience after another compelled the Honig family to search for a way to give back to the Hospital. In honor of loved ones whove struggled with breast cancer they released the rst vintage of Honig Cabernet Sauvignon Pink in 2011. A signicant portion of the proceeds from every vintage has been donated directly to St. Helena Hospital to support the mammography fund. Healthcare is the most important piece of a community says Stephanie. Every community should have a place where anyone can go and feel like they can get great care. In a region that produces some of the best wines in the world its no surprise St. Helena Hospital pushes forward to provide an exceptionally high level of healthcare accessible to all.
